We are Public and Youth Education Center in Edirne. We have vast experience on different activities related to young and adult people. Our organization established in 1952. We use a lot of experimental learning, creative arts (singing, designing, dancing, drawing and etc.) in our other educational activities.

We are Public and Youth Education Center in Edirne. We have vast experience on different activities related to young and adult people. Our organization established in 1952. We use a lot of experimental learning, creative arts (singing, designing, dancing, drawing and etc.) in our other educational activities.
 
Edirne Public Education Center is a non-profit state institution and takes place in the city of Edirne, TURKEY. It teaches many kinds of academic courses and vocational education to people apart from formal education.
 
As a state institution we carry out many vocational educations successfully according to people’s demands. In our center, we focus and take into disadvantaged people consideration generally. Also, we have prepared a lot of course every year related to roman women, especially about vocational education training.
 
Approximately we teach 680 different courses in different fields per year. In our centre, we have 250 teachers and we enroll 12.500 persons for all courses per year.
At the same time, our organization always organizes seminars on various topics (vocational, art, entrepreneurship etc.) in order to inform the public.
 
Many Kinds vocational education courses for adults and young adults apart from formal education is taught. Our canter’s physical capacity and staff quality provide that adults and young adults prefer our centre. For example according to the data’s from Turkey National Statistic Agency (2012), the mean of the public education centre’s performance in TURKEY was % 2.9; on the other hand, our centre’s performance mean was %6.1. Our centre’s performance is getting closer to the level of European Union Countries.
 
We also work with adults as well as young people. We have a lot of theater group; it’s consisting of young people, in Edirne. Our theater events continue for many years (since 1976). We are experienced in creative drama and theater. Besides, in our activities we use a lot of experimental learning, creative arts (singing, model, dancing, drawing and etc.) and other stuff like this. Our group has been operational within Edirne adult/young education center.
